I soon realized it had many more benefits then just training for a race.†Not only†did it†get me in the best physical shape of my life, but more importantly, helped me find balance, focus†and strength mentally as well. Therefore my classes are taught†with a purpose while leading by example. Challenging people to help them fulfill their fitness and exercise goals is the mission, but the journey has to be enjoyed by all.

†††††† I have been teaching indoor cycling†for almost three years. To me indoor cycling is more than just exercising. It is a†great stress reducer as well as a low impact, high energy workout. I try to include a total body workout in my classes which includes hill climbing, toning and abs. Energy Biking is the best. Not only are the bikes top of the line but the members who participate in the classes are wonderful. I truly feel fortunate to be part of such a great group of people.†

†††††††† I've been teaching indoor cycling for about five years and it is by far the most exciting and challenging workout I have come across. I swam in college, started†running and doing triathlons soon after. I find that indoor cycling is a great way to stay in shape and mix up the cross training. So much can get accomplished in an hour! My classes tend to be all terrain, mostly because I can't seem to sit still†for to long. No matter what shape you are in or how you feel that day, indoor cycling is for anyone and everyone. I always tell my riders "It's your ride and there's no competition!" With the lights down low, nobody but yourself knows if your killing it or easing up a little and using it as a recovery ride. Most people seem intimidated by hearing the words indoor cycling, but honestly if you try it and make the ride your own. I promise you will be addicted!
